Warehouse lighting needs to provide consistent, shadow-free illumination across vast spaces while minimising energy costs and maintenance. Our warehouse lighting service designs and installs high-bay and low-bay LED systems, aisle lighting, loading bay illumination and emergency escape lighting. We calculate lux levels, beam spread and mounting heights to ensure every rack, aisle and workstation is safely and efficiently lit.

Our Process

01

Site Survey & Lux Calculation

We measure your warehouse dimensions, rack heights, floor layout and calculate the exact lux levels and fitting quantities needed for compliance and safety.

02

High-Bay Specification

We specify the right LED high-bay fittings with appropriate wattage, beam angle and IP rating for your ceiling height and dust environment.

03

Installation

Our industrial electricians install high-bay fittings using scissor lifts or scaffolding, working around your operational schedule and safety protocols.

04

Commission & Sign-Off

We measure actual lux levels at floor level, set sensor parameters and provide a compliance certificate for your health and safety records.

FAQ

Common Questions

How high should high-bay lights be mounted?

High-bay fittings are designed for ceilings 6 to 12 metres high. Low-bay fittings suit 4 to 6 metres. We calculate the right fitting and spacing for your exact height.

Can you install lighting without stopping warehouse operations?

Often yes. We phase the work by aisle or zone, install during quieter shifts and use safe working platforms that do not obstruct forklift routes.

Do warehouse lights need to be dust-tight?

Yes, dusty and dirty warehouse environments need high IP-rated fittings with sealed housings. We specify IP65 or higher for demanding environments.
